Summer Results

A Level / Level 3 BTEC results day is Thursday 14th August 2025
GCSE / Level 2 BTEC results day is Thursday 21st August 2025

Results can be collected between 9am and 12pm

 General information

Members of the Senior Leadership Team will be available in school to discuss results with students on:

14th August 9am until 1pm
22nd August 9am until 1pm

If you need to speak to a member of the Senior Leadership Team to discuss results at alternative times, please contact hemsleye@wyedeanschool.com for GCSE and sixthform@wyedeanschool.com for Post 16.

Results can only be collected by friends/family if they have signed written permission from the candidate and proof of their identity. Parents/carers cannot collect results without this written permission.

If a student is unable to collect their results personally they  can be posted home on 14th August and 21st August as appropriate. Please let us know before the end of the summer term if you would like to take up this option and provide an appropriately sized stamped addressed envelope.

Results can only be given over the phone in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement with the Examinations Office.  Anyone who has made this arrangement may call between 11am and 12pm only.  We are unable to email results.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON RESULTS DAY TO REQUEST RESULTS IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY MADE THIS ARRANGEMENT AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION

Results will also be available from 11am on results days on SchoolWorkSpace. Instructions for students and parents on how to log onto this system have previously been shared and can be found HERE.  Once results are visible to the student, SchoolWorkSpace comes with an added facility where students can authorise parents/carers to view results online by simply ticking a box: 

Once this is ticked, parents will be able to see results under their own login.
