Where do I setup the account and log in?

Initially you need to set up the account by clicking the “Setup Account” button and entering the unique code, you have been emailed. You will then be able to log in and pre-order food

Why are you moving from Parent Pay?
We are not. The new pre-order system is a separate system, but it talks directly to ParentPay. The new system is only a portal to place orders for food. All payments are still to be made through Parent Pay.

The new system doesn’t show on my phone correctly.
Currently, the system is not available mobile devices. It will only display correctly on tablets or PC’s. There will be an update in the near future that will allow for mobile compatibility. We will communicate this as soon as it’s available.

The system won’t work on Internet Explorer

There are some issues with Internet Explorer. These issues are being looked into; however Internet Explorer is being phased out by Microsoft. We recommend you use Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari or an alternative modern web browser.

Can I have my children merged into one account?
No. The system has been built to replicate the normal school day as closely as possible. Each student would normally purchase their own food at the till and have separate accounts at the till.

Each child should have their own VeriCool account. We appreciate that this will mean setting up the account on behalf of each child and if this is the case please be aware that your child(ren)s account must have their own email address and password. You cannot merge two accounts into one.

Can I request a new logon?

We understand just how important it is for young people to have a healthy and balanced diet. That is why our school dinner menu is filled with a variety of nutritious, quality meals. We cater for a variety of tastes, with a diverse range of options available every week, including vegetarian dishes. We aim to use as much farm assured meat as possible and buy our vegetables from a local supplier. Our eggs are free range.
